TUMI ODELE, LL.B, LL.M, ACIArb
Tumi Odele is a highly experienced attorney with more than 17 years of experience in different areas of law. She specializes in Family Law, Corporate Law, and Wills and Estate Planning. Tumi is renowned for her skill in negotiation, dispute resolution, and effective litigation, consistently achieving positive outcomes for her clients. Tumi Odele boasts an impressive record of success in conducting complex trials in both family and criminal law. Her expertise and experience make her a valuable asset to her clients. Tumi is deeply committed to providing comprehensive and individualized legal representation.
Tumi is experienced in all aspects of a family law matters, including divorce (contested and uncontested), separation agreements, parenting agreements, child support, spousal support, and drafting co-habitation or marriage contracts. Tumi also has extensive courtroom experience and is an excellent litigator who represents her clients at all stages of the court process, including Case Conferences, Settlement Conference, Motions, Questioning or Discovery, and Trials. Tumi is skillful in representing and advocating for her clients at mediation and negotiating amicable resolutions.
Prior to founding Odele Law Group, Tumi worked at two Ottawa boutique law firms, focusing on family law, child protection law, contracts, corporate law, criminal law, and Wills and Estates. She also practiced at a full-service law firm in Saskatchewan, representing clients at the Court of Appeal and regularly conducting trials on complex matters. Tumi's experience extends to the Department of Justice in Nova Scotia, where she spent three years developing policies and processes for delivering family law services to clients at the Superior Court of Justice.
Tumi earned her Master of Law (LLM) degree from Dalhousie University and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K). She is a proud member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Law Society of Nunavut. Her vast experience and exceptional skills make her an ideal legal representative for clients seeking reliable and effective legal services.
Tumi resides in Orleans and enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys.

With over 16 years as an administrative professional, primarily in the legal field, Stephanie has developed a strong understanding of legal procedures and practices. With her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence, Stephanie plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our firm.
Stephanie obtained her Legal Assistant diploma in 2006, graduating with honours.
